Committee The 2008 World Players Championship is brought to you through the efforts of the following committee members. Chris Cree Organizer Chris has 27 years of experience as an American expert player and represented the United States at the 2001 World Scrabble Championship. He is the National Scrabble Association’s Ombudsman, the organizer of the annual Dallas Open and the biennial U.S. Players Championship, and is the NSA’s Person of the Year for 2007. Bryan Pepper Director Bryan is a Division Leader at the National Scrabble Championship and directs tournaments every month. Dee Segrest Game Recorder Dee Segrest has been an online game recorder at the Players Championship and the Dallas Open. John Chew Webmaster John is the webmaster for the NSA and WSC, plays a role in organizing 20 events each year, is the developer of the tsh pairings program, is a member of several NSA committees and was the NSA’s Director of the Year in 2006. Kate Watson Game Recorder Kate Watson has been an online game recorder at the NSC, the Players Championship, the Dallas Open. Mary Rhoades Director Mary was the director of the 2007 Players Championship, is a Division Leader at the NSC and is a member of the NSA Advisory Board and was the NSA’s Director of the Year in 2000. Sherrie Saint John Internet Reporter Sherrie is the Internet Reporter for the NSC, is the director of the Boston Area Tournament, is the listmistress for CGP and was the NSA’s Director of the Year in 2005. Wilma Vialle Director Wilma is the director of the WSC and the Australian NSC.
